How to apply to borrow from the Taoyuan Regional Resource Center: Readers can choose one of the following application methods.
Apply at the library counter: Readers can fill out the “Interlibrary Loan Application Form of the Public Library Resource Center” at the library counter, and submit it to the librarian for processing.
Apply online: readers can apply online through the Public Library Resource Sharing Service Platform http://rrcils.ncl.edu.tw/nclrrcc/RRCrq.
The Center’s regulations for reader services and borrowing of books, loss and damage compensation, and borrowing periods are all handled in accordance with the “Taoyuan Public Library Reading Regulations.”
