The 1st floor is the Children’s Library, Cultural Center, and Auditorium.
The 2nd floor is the Periodicals Reading Area, Individual Audiovisual Room, Book Stacks, and Internet Area.
The 3rd floor is the Administration Office, Book Stacks, Wireless Internet Area for Notebooks, Study and Reading Room, Research Classroom

How to visit the Library
自行開車：
一、中山高北上至新屋、平鎮交流道下，右轉民族路再右轉環南路直行。
二、中山高南下至新屋、平鎮交流道下，左轉民族路再右轉環南路直行。
搭乘大眾交通工具：
搭乘新竹客運(北站)→往龍潭/804醫院/新竹/5620/5617/5616→於第一製藥下車→步行5分鐘。
場地租借
一、申請方式:
(一)請先至「桃園市立圖書館場地租借」完成線上登記。
(二)填具以下表單親送或郵寄至平鎮分館。

(三).繳納場地使用費及保證金始完成場地租借手續。
