The 2nd floor is the Historical Reference Room and Collection Area.
The 3rd floor is dedicated to the Collection of Featured Military Materials, Multimedia Area, and Multipurpose Rooms.

How to visit the Library
自行開車：
一、中山高北上至新屋、平鎮交流道下，右轉民族路再右轉環南路直行，遇金陵路右轉直行並轉三興路，左轉中豐路直行再左轉坤慶路。
二、中山高南下至新屋、平鎮交流道下，左轉民族路再右轉環南路直行。遇金陵路右轉直行並轉三興路，左轉中豐路直行再左轉坤慶路。
搭乘交通工具：
搭乘新竹客運，於莊敬里站下車，再步行5分鐘至圖書館。
