The Xinpo Branch is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Xinpo Multipurpose Building.
2nd floor: General Services Area (providing various services such as consultation, library card application, borrowing and returning books), Periodicals Reading Area, Family Reading Area, and Audiovisual Reading Area.
3rd floor: General Library Area, and Notebook Area.
